Before You Call

To help us respond faster, please have this ready:

  • Your exact location. A mile marker, address, or a dropped pin is best.

  • What you are driving or running. Truck, RV, or heavy equipment, plus make and model if you know it.

  • What it is doing or not doing. No-start, derate, overheating, air leak, loss of power, regen failure, etc.

  • Any warning lights or fault codes you can see.

  • Your name and a good callback number.

Calling is preferred, especially after hours (late in the evening or night). If you cannot talk safely, text your name, location and the issue and we will reply as soon as possible.

Roadside Safety First

If you are on the roadside, get to a safe location if possible. Turn on hazard lights, stay aware of traffic and do not put yourself in danger to check anything. Call us with your location and we will guide the next steps.
